By creating an account or using Planillo, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Planillo is a web-based weekly planner application. We provide access to the service on a subscription basis following a free 14-day trial period.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account is paused. Your data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted if no subscription is started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. To cancel, contact us at support@planillo.com or use the cancellation option in your account settings.
You own the content you enter into Planillo. We do not claim any rights to your notes or entries. You are responsible for the content you store and must not use the service for any illegal purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately at support@planillo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to Planillo. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@planillo.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of Planillo after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Planillo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
